Q: Where are you located?
A: Our main offices are in
California, but we have warehouses in CA, CO, WA, GA and NY.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Not at this time. 50 Continental States only please!
Q: How long will it take for my gift basket to arrive?
A: This will depend upon the type of shipping you choose. Details on shipping can be found under the "Shipping Info" link, located on the top of the home page.
Q: How will my gift basket arrive?
A: The basket you choose will be carefully packed inside a cardboard shipping box, and secured with lots of that annoying "popcorn" packing to ensure it's safe arrival!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM, PST.
Q: What if I don't receive an order confirmation e-mail?
A: Please wait 3 hours after you place your order to receive your confirmation e-mail. If that time has passed and you still have no confirmation, please call us to ensure we received your order.
Q: What if I forgot my account password?
A: No problem! Just click on the link titled "Lost Password" located directly under the account sign in box.
Q: Do you offer Corporate/Bulk discounts?
A: Yes! Corporate accounts always receive 10% off, and your discount can always increase depending upon the number of baskets you need. Please contact us for more information.
